Consensus govt after agreement in pacakage: Gachchhadar

POKHARA, Dec 7: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs, Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar, has expressed the confidence that a national consensus government would be formed only after an agreement in a package.



Talking briefly to media persons at Pokhara Airport, Minister Gachchhadar expressed the view that discussion for the leadership of the new government will be moved ahead only after the agreement on disputed issues of the Constitution. [break]



He said the ruling coalition was ready to accept the leadership of president of Nepali Congress, Sushil Koirala, if opposition parties including NC forge consensus on the contents of the constitution.



Stating that an international airport would be built in other places if it was not built in Pokhara, the Home Minister expressed the determination that he will take possible initiative for the construction of the international airport in Pokhara as it was necessary in a tourism site like Pokhara.
