He however hailed the president for his latest move and claimed with certainty that the head of state´s move would produce a prime minister in the country within few days.[break]
"The country has become the victim of indecision just because of a pigheadedness of a person [prime minister], who is insisting like a child," Oli said at a convention of UML´s Youth Federation Nepal in Kathmandu on Friday.
He said that the prime minister was making very irrelevant and unusual claims mainly after the president called for the formation of a national unity government within a given timeframe. "The prime minister is now saying that he would brave bullets instead of exiting from Baluwatar," Oli said. "How can the prime minister be convinced [for political agreement] when he makes such a remarks."

While coming down heavily on the prime minister for allegedly not co-operating with other political parties to form a new government, Oli was full of praises for President Ram Baran Yadav for his latest move to press the political parties to pick a new prime ministerial candidate on political understanding within a given timeframe.
Oli said with full of confidence that the country will get a new prime minister in the next couple of days. "We will reach a conclusion in this process [nominating a prime minister] very soon," he said.
He claimed that by failing to hold elections on November 22, the date scheduled for polls by the present government, Prime Minister Bhattarai had lost all moral ground to stay in office even for a single day.
He described the UCPN (Maoist) party´s present stay in power as the culminating stage of the former rebel party´s tenure.
Oli´s participation in Friday´s convention was his first appearance in a public program after he returned from India after receiving treatment.
