Tribhuvan Highway obstructed due to floods

HETAUDA, Aug. 3: Vehicular movement on the Tribhuvan Highway and Hetaunda-Kulekhani- Kathmandu route lies disrupted since the morning on Friday due to the floods at Bagjora road section of the Tribhuvan Highway following continuous rain since last night.



Similarly, transport service on the Hetaunda-Kulekhani road section has come to a halt since after the land slide blocked the road at 6:45 a.m. today, the Sisneri Police Station said.[break]



Buses, minibuses and vehicles heading towards Kathmandu from Hetaunda have been stranded at Bagjora on the Hetaunda-Bhinse road section, according to the District Police Office, Makwanpur.
