Deuba returns vehicle to govt

KATHMANDU, Aug 3: Former prime minister and Nepali Congress (NC) senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba returned the state-provided vehicle to the government, on Friday.



Deuba had been using a Toyota Prado vehicle (Ba 6 Cha 1026) provided to him by the state as a former executive head. According to his aide Bhanu Deuba, the former PM had been given no other facilities, apart from the vehicle. [break]



Earlier, former prime ministers Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Madhav Kumar Nepal, Jhalanath Khanal and Lokendra Bahadur Chand had also handed over their state-owned vehicles to the government.
