The tournament will be held at two different venues in Chandranigahapur of Rautahat and Simara of Bara district. The closing match will be held in Simara. Meanwhile, Ncell has geared up the publicity of the tournaments by putting up hoarding boards. Participating teams have started arriving in Rautahat.

"We have finished the preparations and teams have started arriving," Rautahat District Football Association President Nepal Karki said. "The locals are supportive of the event and see the successful hosting of tournament as a matter of prestige for the district," Karki said.
