The person robbed Pokharel of the jewelries near Srijantole Tole near Tulsipur Chowk at around 5:30am while she was on the way to her maternal home.
Pokharel said the looter made away with jewelries of three tolas of gold and Rs 1,000 cash. Police said they are searching for the looter.
