Forty-eight-year-old Dali Sherpa of Beni-9 in Solukhumbu and 60-year-old Dawa Sherpa of Salleri-1 in Solukhumbu were killed in the accident when the tractor carrying devotees to Halesi Mahadev.
The police said 12 persons including driver Madhu Kunwar were injured in the accident.
Seriously injured Kunwar and Maya Sherpa (50) of Beni-9 were airlifted to Kathmandu for further treatment. The rest are being treated in the Mission Hospital in Okhaldhunga.
