Seven held at Jogbani check point

BIRATNAGAR, Feb. 20: Police held two women traffickers including five women from Jogbani check point of Nepal-India border line.



The women traffickers have been learnt to allure the women of sending for foreign employment through India.



The women involved in the trafficking were Ranju Baniya, 32, of Triyuga-8, and Khem Kumari Dahal, 45, of Katari-2, of Udayapur district were held during the police’s regular checking.



Similarly, police held the victims --- Nisha Nepali-14, Samjhana BK, 17, Dhaneswori Ram, 21 including two others --- of Rupnagar of Saptari district while they were being taken to India, said police.
