The NGO had filed the case against the government offices for flouting the directives issued last year by the court to control sexual exploitation of women in workplaces such as dance, cabin and Dohari restaurants, massage parlors and dance bars.
A single bench of Justice Tap Bahadur Magar issued the notices to the offices.
