REMA training concludes

KATHMANDU, Feb 20: The six-day Real Estate Marketing Agent (REMA) course organized by Brihat Investments concluded on Friday. The course was conducted at Hotel Summit, Kupondole, in collaboration with the reputed Thai Real Estate Business School (TREBS) of Thailand.



Issuing a press statement, the company said the training sessions had an underlying motive of promoting Real Estate Investment and Real Estate Partnering for Entrepreneurship. [break]



Moreover, the event was aimed at shedding light upon the professional significance of Real Estate Marketing Agents for the organized growth and development of real-estate sector in Nepal, said the statement.



The event was organized to focus on and to transfer knowledge about the sustainable growth of real estate sector in Nepal under moral obligations and institutional standards. The sessions were attended by real estate experts and 16 participants who took the Real Estate Marketing Agent Course.



"The training was aimed at ethical promotion in the real estate business," said Mr Om Rajbhandary, president of Brihat Investments. "The real estate agents can act like a credible information bridge between buyers and sellers. It will promote professionalism in this sector and will make it more transparent and secure," he added.



At the concluding ceremony, Brihat Investments signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for more professional collaboration.
