The disciplinary committee meeting will take place ahead of the executive meeting.
Earlier, a meeting held on April 1 had directed individuals accused of violating party discipline to submit clarifications within seven days.
The party has stated that disciplinary action may be taken against those who contested elections as independent candidates or supported such candidates, those who campaigned against official party nominees, those who directly aided opposition candidates, and those accused of engaging in “silent killing” by not seeking votes for the party.
Similarly, elected representatives from the party who supported opposition candidates in parliamentary elections may also face action, the party said.
