"Manisha underwent a surgery on Monday at around 9 a.m. I got a message from her family members and they said it was a successful surgery," The Times of India quoted Subroto Ghosh, Manisha´s manager as saying.
Her parents, brother and a relative were in the hospital for her operation. While in Kathmandu, Manisha fell unconscious and was admitted to the Norvic Hospital, Thapathali. Then she was flown to Mumbai and admitted to the Jaslok Hospital, where she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
