Man stabbed to death

POKHARA: A man was stabbed to death after a drunken brawl took a deadly turn in Pokhara on Sunday. Dambar Bahadur Pun, 29, of Khyang VDC in Parbat, who was stabbed on Friday evening, died while undergoing treatment at Manipal Hospital.



According to police, Pun was seriously injured after an inebriated Khadak Tamang of Nayagalli in Pokhara-1 stabbed him with a knife.[break]



Police informed that they have detained Tamang and further investigation into the incident is on. Tamang´s body has been kept at Western Regional Hospital in Pokhara for postmortem.
