The deceased is 69-year-old Durga Bahadur Shrestha. He suffered first-degree burn injuries when a fire broke out at his house on Monday night.
He died on the way while being rushed to Kathmandu for treatment. First, he was taken to Bharatpur and the Bharatpur Hospital referred him to the Bir Hospital.
