Govt to recruit additional 6,000 police force

KATHMANDU, May 16: The government on Thursday decided to recruit an additional 6,000 force to Nepal Police.



A cabinet meeting held in Singh Durbar took a decision to this effect, Bimal Gautam, the press advisor to the chairman of Interim Election Council of Ministers, informed. [break]



Similarly, the cabinet has decided to provide Rs 3.5 lakhs to each member of Nepal´s ICC World Cricket Division Three winning team, which had won the title recently in the Caribbean nation of Bermuda.
