The single bench of District Judge Kiran Prasad Shiwakoti decided the same. As his younger wife Santoshi Kumari, 20, is at large, warrant is issued and his father Mahendra Prasad Saha has been ordered for release on general bail.[break]
Saha had on May 14 killed by poisoning his 3-year-old son Naresh Kumar Saha, born from eldest wife. Mother America Devi Saha had filed a petition at the Area Police Office, Kalyanpur on May 21 and a case of murder and polygamy was filed on the basis of the petition.
America Devi was living in Deuri after Ramlal married Santoshi and his son Naresh was living with the father.
On May 14, Naresh was left at America Devi´s maternal home unconscious from poisoning and died while being taken to Darbhanga of India for treatment, according to America Devi.
