Speaking at the last day of the seventh plenum of the party, Dahal also proposed to form a committee to organize party’s general convention. He has proposed Magh (mid-January) for the convention. [break]
Dahal said that a committee will be formed to probe financial irregularities within the party which will submit report on details of party properties.
The chairman has also decided to reshuffle the state committee of the party.
