Concluding that the leaders themselves are engaged in factionalism, the UML´s discipline department, headed by Amrit Bohara, issued a directive to this effect on Sunday.
The department reached a conclusion that the party cadres from top to bottom are engaged in defying central committee decisions, intervening in others´ jurisdiction and forming parallel committees.
The discipline committee also asked the leaders not to interpret the party´s decisions as per their convenience.
