Property worth millions robbed in Siraha village

SIRAHA, May16: A large-scale robbery took place at Ayodhyanagar-3 K asaha this morning. An unidentified armed gang broke into eight houses and made away with property worth one million rupees.



The robbers plundered the houses of Rajendra Yadav, Upesh Yadav, Amiri Yadav, Gujeshwor Yadav and Chandreshwor Yadav.[ break]



The robbers fled from the village brandishing pistols and setting off bombs, said Pradip Yadav, a local teacher.



The robbers misbehaved with and took under control the children and women at these houses. They also attacked three persons with knives, said Ghuran Yadav, Assistant Sub- Inspector at the Area Police Office, Golbazaar.
