Police personnel Shyam Sunsar Mehata and Dhanik Lal Thakur were injured when the agitators hurled arrows at them.
Stating their demands were not fulfilled, Koshi victims have launched an agitation.
The District Administration Office has mobilised additional security personnel to avoid any untoward situation.
