KATHMANDU, June 13: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Netra Bahadur Karki of the Armed Police Force (APF) Nepal has been assigned the responsibility of spokesperson and information officer.

Karki was appointed to the post after the previous spokesperson and information officer, DIG Bishnu Prasad Bhatt, was transferred to APF Nepal No. 2 Chhinnamasta Brigade Headquarters in Mahottari, according to the APF.
