The Court ordered that Raj Kumar Manandhar of Kavre, Nirmal Lama of Bara, Dinanath Mahato of Parsa and Sujan Koirala of Jhapa be kept in Birgunj prison until its next order.
They were arrested from different places of Birgunj while smuggling in drugs, according to police. In the last three months, the District Police Office, Parsa has imprisoned some two dozen people on drug peddling charges on court orders.
