Gold price drops by Rs 1,200

KATHMANDU, May 16: The price of gold has fallen by Rs 1,200 to Rs 50, 000 per tola in the Nepali market, on Thursday, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers´ Association.



A day earlier, gold was traded at Rs 51, 200 per tola (11.664 gram) in the domestic market. The gold price has slumped in the Nepali market due to decrease in the price of the precious metal in international market.
