Dog rampage went off the limit when it did not spare to attack human being.[break]
The rampaging dogs have so far killed 30 goats in Maira village of the VDC during a past one week, informed Basu Chaulagain, a local.
Local people have demanded with the local administration to check dog rampage in the village.
