Inaugurating a function organized by Rupendehi Trade Association in Butwal, Nembang argued that constitution would be written on time as major parties are close to consensus.[break]
He stressed on the need for parties to make all efforts to iron out differences on major political issues. Nembang also said that the ongoing meetings and discussion among key political figures would help promulgate the constitution on time.
“Though there are rumors that the CA cannot write the constitution by May 28, the constitution writing process is on track and committees are working continuously.” He also urged people not run behind any rumors.
Nembang said that he is optimistic about the promulgation of constitution on time as the thematic committees continued their work even when the CA was obstructed.
“We didn´t stop our work when CA was obstructed, he said.
