The Maoist chairman argued that the country underwent massive transformation by adopting secularism and federalism due to the decade-long insurgency.
“On this occasion, we would like to express our commitment to move toward socialism and communism, through the ideology of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism/Maoist ideology, to end all kinds of exploitation and oppression,” the statement adds.
Reiterating that his party has unanimously endorsed the line of peace and constitution, the Maoist chairman has appealed to the party cadres, sympathizers, and other political parties for integration of the PLA integration in a dignified manner and formation of a forward-looking constitution that is anti-feudalism and anti-imperialism.
