The Nepali national team is currently in Mumbai, India, where it is engaged in a series of practice matches as part of its World Cup preparations.

Last week, Nepal played a three-match T20I series against Sri Lanka ‘A’, managing one victory. The team will now face the MCA President’s XI in three additional T20 practice matches in Mumbai. According to CAN, Nepal will also play warm-up matches against the UAE and Canada.

“Our preparation for the World Cup has been very good,” Paudel said. “The practice matches are giving us valuable exposure, which is helping us become stronger as a team.”

Nepal will open its World Cup campaign against England on February 8.
