KATHMANDU, June 20: The Ministry of Home Affairs has launched a “Hello Griha Call Center” to collect public complaints, grievances and suggestions related to its areas of responsibility.

Ministry Spokesperson Anand Kafle said the call center has been set up under the ministry’s grievance management section to make service delivery more effective, transparent and efficient.
According to the ministry, complaints, grievances and suggestions can be submitted via the toll-free number 1112, email gunaso@moha.gov.np, and WhatsApp number 9851360603.
