The recovered bodies have been identified as those of Jangu Magar, 28, of Simpani, Pokhara, Mandhwoj Tamang, 49, of Dhorphirdi-3, Tanahun and Kum Bahadur Pun, 59, of Lekhaphant-7, Parbat. [break]
Police have handed over the bodies to their respective families.
According to spokesperson for the Kashki district police office Rabindra Poudel, of the 31 dead, only the bodies of 28 victims have been identified so far. Police say 40 others are still missing.
