"The economy and state administration were severely affected due to the decade-long conflict when this government was formed . The government has been playing a positive role in creating a favorable environment in the constitution drafting process," the PM said.

Mentioning about the chance of guard, the PM said that constitutional and political means should be adopted for the process.

"The government formed through the majority support in the Legislature Parliament would only be changed through the political consensus," the PM clarified.

If we failed to seek consensus and move ahead in the path of conflict, the consequence would never be in the favor of country, people and us, the PM maintained.

"There is no relevancy of Loktantra, constitutional process and practice if we keep on demanding change of guard through threats not consensus and from the streets not through constitutional process," the PM ascertained.
