President Yadav on Friday called upon political parties to recommend by Thursday the name of the new PM, who will lead the consensus government. Rana also said the president’s move was mandatory in the existing situation to bail the country out of the crisis.
Speaking at a program in Reporters Club Nepal in the capital, Rana argued that since the CPN-UML and UCPN (Maoist) have each led the government twice in the recent past, it is now the Nepali Congress’s turn to take the charge of government.
