One dead in an accident in Prithvi Highway

DHADING, Sept 8: One person died on the spot after a bus hit a motorbike near Prithvi Highway on Thursday afternoon.



The deceased has been identified as Netraprasad Neupane of Shukranagar-7. [break]



The bus (Na 3 Kha 5974) en-route to Birgunj from Kathmandu hit Neupane´s motorbike (Ba 46 Pa 5211) killing him on the spot.



Pillion rider Shankar Sapkota has been critically injured. He has been taken to Kathmandu for treatment.
