Oli urges leaders to change mindset

BHAKTAPUR, Jan 16: Leader of the CPN-UML, KP Sharma Oli said the first meeting of the constituent assembly on Sunday will form new government.



Speaking at a program organized to mark the sixth anniversary of the Samaya Samaj weekly on Sunday, leader Oli said the country this after will not be kept in indecision.



The country should not be taken hostage even by adopting the rotational leadership of the government, he added.



However, he said, ´The government under the leadership of the UCPN-Maoist was unacceptable until it shunned arms and its fighters managed.´



Only changing constitution and regulations does not solve problems, he said, adding that leaders themselves should change their mindset.



Leader Oli claimed that people will not participate in the Maoists´ revolution as it is only political eccentricity.



Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of Nepal Television Kundan Aryal, Chairman of Gorkhapatra Corporation Bijay Chalise, FNJ central member Pramod Dahal and others stressed on the need of unbiased journalism.
