KATHMANDU, Sept 3: The organizing committee of the Seventh National Games, slated for November 27 to December 4 in Eastern Region, has requested all to refrain from protests to make the games successful, attractive and memorable.

A meeting of the committee in Biratnagar, chaired by Minister for Youth and Sports Purushottam Paudel, requested all the parties to end the strikes and to put forward their demand in a peaceful manner so that it does not affect the preparations of the games.
