President Dr Ram Baran Yadav had appointed current Chairman of Nepal Bar Association as per the recommendation of the government on Wednesday for the appointment as the next Attorney General of the country.The prime minister on Wednesday had forwarded Karki's name for the position of the chief legal advisor to the government.
