New body of Nepal Ophthalmic Society

KATHMANDU, June 25: The general assembly of Nepal Ophthalmic Society has elected a 13-member committee chaired by Prof Dr Jivan Kumar Shrestha for the next two years.



Prof Dr Raghu Nandan Byanju, Sunu Dulal and Dr Indira Paudel have been elected vice-chairman, general secretary and treasurer, respectively. Similarly, Rohit Man Sainju has been elected joint secretary and Archana Pokhrel joint treasurer.



Dr Purushottam Joshi, Dr Minu Chaudhary, Dr Manoj Sharma, Dr Basu Adhikari and Dr Bidya Dev Panta have been elected members of the committee. Similarly, Badri Prasad Badu has been elected chief editor of the society.
