This was the third event organized by education.com for World Cancer Day, February 4. [break]
The event was attended by many guests who included Pushkar Shah, the cyclist who toured about 150 countries and aims to put all the flags of those countries on top of Everest, and Sudip Shreshtha, a doctor and cancer specialist at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital.
Each of the two documentaries consisted of two parts. The Cancer documentary was aimed at making youths aware of the dreaded disease, cancer. The first part informed the youths of the signs, precautions and ways to diagnose cancer.
It showed many cases of cancer, how cancer is curable if operated timely and how an individual can live a normal life even after the operation and diagnosis of cancer.
The second part was about breast cancer, the most prevalent form of cancer in Nepal and the second most in the world. This part was aimed at making young girls aware of the various self diagnosing techniques for breast cancer.
The second documentary was the objective of promoting both local and international tourism for the Nepal Tourism Year 2011.

The first part of this documentary was about Pathibhara, wonderful location in Kosi Zone of north-eastern Nepal.
The amazing local culture of Pathibhara village and Kanchanjunga Mountain located in the premises of Pathibhara are major attractions for both domestic and international tourists.
The second part was about the Rara Lake, the biggest lake of Nepal located in Mugu district.
