The accused, Tul Bahadur Kami of Durlung VDC-8, was in absconding after the court found him guilty of murder and handed down a 10-year imprisonment on him. Kami was arrested on February 18. [break]
It is stated that he was arrested in connection with implementing the past court decisions.
The Appellate Court, Baglung had handed down a ten years imprisonment on Kami for killing one Karna Bahadur Kami, a resident of the Durlung VDC-8 24 years back.
