A team of police personnel led by DSP Lalmani Acharya nabbed him from Peace Point Restaurant in Anamnagar while Yadav was receiving the money in hard cash. [break]
"He was arrested red-handed while receiving Rs 50,000. We have already begun further investigation,” said DIG Ramesh Shekhar Bajracharya.
Officials said Yadav demanded the money for getting a proposal passed by the ministry.
