The proposal is expected to address issues related to current Madhes protests, merger with Mohan Baidya-led party and implementation of the constitution, among others, sources said."The chairman is busy writing the political proposal to present in the upcoming central committee meeting scheduled for Tuesday," Dahal's aide Chudamani Dahal said.
The proposal is likely to address the unification with Baidya-led party. Dahal-Baidya duo had multiple informal meetings regarding the issue.
He is also expected to bring some proposals on implementation of the new constitution which will also incorporated Madhesi leaders demands.
