Nepali embassy shares mobile numbers, urges Nepali in Israel to call in emergencies

The advisory further instructs Nepalis to keep essential documents—including passports, ID cards, driving licenses, and bank cards—close at hand and to stay regularly updated on developments.

KATHMANDU, April 8: The Embassy of Nepal in Israel has urged Nepalis living across the country to stay calm, vigilant, and safe amid ongoing tensions.



On Tuesday, the embassy issued an eight-point advisory labeled “extremely urgent.” In case of emergencies, Nepalis are advised to contact the embassy directly via mobile through Second Secretary Kumar Bahadur Shrestha and Third Secretary Sanj Kumar Shah.

The embassy also reminded Nepalis to follow all notices and directives issued by the Israeli Home Front Command and other official authorities. Citizens were urged not to share war-related videos on social media unnecessarily and to maintain regular contact with friends, family, and relatives.


The advisory further instructs Nepalis to keep essential documents—including passports, ID cards, driving licenses, and bank cards—close at hand and to stay regularly updated on developments.


In case of alert SMS messages or warning sirens, residents are advised not to panic and to proceed immediately to the nearest bomb shelter.
