The case may be finalized on Wednesday in course of the presentation of hearing to take place in District Administration Office, in the presence of Chief District Officer at Chitwan Basanta Raj Gautam, said legal practitioner close of Shah.
CDO Gautam said that the case will be settled on Wednesday, all the documents and processes necessary are furnished in this regard.
There is almost no chance for Paras himself to be present for the date of hearing.
