'Full support to the present government'

KANCHANPUR, March 5: Politburo Member of the Unified CPN (Maoist), Hari Bhakta Kandel said the present government will not be toppled till the promulgation of new constitution since Maoists have lets its full support to the government.



Speaking at cadres training program in Krishnapur-9, Baluwaphata of Kanchanpur, he further said the UCPN (Maoist) has joined the government being conscious to the present context, adding the constitution will not be promulgated by no means if any conspiracy is hatched to topple the government. [break]



Kandel, who is also the in-charge of UCPN (Maoist), Seti-Mahakali, asserted that the party is committed to frame pro-people constitution even by extending the tenure of Constituent Assembly (CA) as the larger section of people has given mandate to promulgate constitution.



He also urged the cadres to get united against reactionary forces and expansionist elements attempting to disrupt the task of constitution drafting.
