Seriously hurt one-year-old Yunish Shrestha is receiving treatment at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital.
Lekhraj Shrestha, 32, of Lakhanpur VDC-8 in Ramechhap district, his wife Deuki, 28, and eight-year-old daughter Jenisha Shrestha died in the incident, the Metropolitan Police Range, Baneshwor said.
It is said that Lekhraj died on the hospital while his wife and daughter breathed their last while receiving treatment in the Kirtipur-based Model Hospital.
The fire broke out from a candle light when Lekhraj, a taxi driver, was pouring the petrol in another vessel that he had stored. The entire goods of the room were gutted to cinder while the house is also damaged. RSS
