"We have planned to take care of the common property as there are 120 community projects in Nepal but they are facing serious management problems," said Om Rajbhandary, chairman of Comfort Care. Strata Management, which is part of the Comfort Care´s service boutique, is responsible for managing and maintaining common property and assets of community buildings and commercial complexes, among others.
According to Rajbhandary, the company will provide repair, maintenance and protection apart from cleaning, gardening, plumbing, bill collections and similar other services.
Service Apartment at Lazimpat with 21 units is entirely an innovative idea in the hospitality industry. "As the land price is high and cost of funding is expensive in Kathmandu, the service apartment is perfect for those who want to stay in the valley but does not want to stay in a hotel," informed Rajbhandary.
According to the company, Service Apartment was conceptualized after extensive market research with an objective to offering a complete range of services to the guests who visit Nepal to work for short to medium-term.
The facilities at the Service Apartment includes fully furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchen, safety deposit box, TV, cable, wireless Internet service, laundry and fitness center, among others.
The company has also been importing and selling products from various countries to enhance the quality living of the customers according to their need.
