Iccha Raj Tamang, president of the Civil Group--the developer of CTC--had handed over the prize to 20 winners on Wednesday. Similarly, remaining 20 winners were awarded on Thursday. [break]
A press statement issued by CTC stated that, first, second and third winners received 107-gram, 90-gram and 80-gram coins respectively on the first day. Similarly, fourth, fifth and sixth winners got 70-gram, 60-gram and 50 gram coins whereas the company handed over 5-gram coin each to other remaining 12 winners.
Likewise, CTC has handed over 40-gram coins to 10 winners and 35-gram coins to remaining 10 winners on Thursday.
The company stated the bookings were made by investors who want to lease the shops back to the company, those who wish to rent out and those doing their business at the shop.
The center, which will be run in a joint-venture with a Malaysian company, will house branded wear shops, roof-top revolving restaurant, helipad and a cinema hall, among others modern amenities.
