In the manifesto, the party has made its promises to ensure 50 percent of women participation in the local bodies, provide jobs to around 300 people in a year and avoid bands, among others.[break]
Senior leader KP Oli, General Secretary Ishwar Pokhrel, leader Bharat Mohan Adhikari were present in the function.
UML leader Pradip Nepal had briefed the journalists about the manifesto unveiled amidst the media persons this morning.
