Poudel said the parties should move ahead by resolving the intra-party rifts to work for the cause of people adding that the parties should rise above the partisan interests for assisting the peace and constitution writing process.
Similarly, politburo member of UCPN (Maoist) Devendra Poudel said a broad-consensus among the parties was a must for the country´s economic prosperity adding that the people were forced to bear long hours of load-shedding despite our richness in water resources.
Likewise, UML central member Netra Panthi underscored the need for a collective effort for the utilization of water resources in the country.
On the occasion, lawmakers Dal Bahadur Rana and Sudarshan Baral Magar, Federation´s chairman Dilli Ghimire and others stressed for expediting the program of community electrification.
As many as 250 representatives from 42 districts across the country are participating in the program.
Likewise, Minister Poudel on Saturday inaugurated the first district and Butwal Municipal Convention of Nepal Democratic Magar Association.
