CNP hotels prohibited to take out its property

CHITWAN, July 28: As the hotels inside the Chitwan National Park (CNP) have not paid revenue, they will not be allowed to take out their properties from there.



The committee led by Chief Conservation Officer Jhamak Bahadur Karki had given a list of goods to be allowed and not to be allowed to take with them after the closure of the hotels. And had given time until October for taking out goods.[break]



But they will not be allowed to take the goods after the Department of Inland Revenue, Lajimpat wrote to the Department of National Park and Wild Life Conservation to stop the goods of hotels which have not paid dues, said Karki.



They have dues ranging from Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 10.07 million, it is learnt.
