KATHMANDU, June 15: : Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the foreign exchange rates for Monday.
According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar has been set at Rs 151.88 and the selling rate at Rs 152.48.
The buying rate for one euro stands at Rs 175.70 and the selling rate at Rs 176.40. One UK pound sterling is being traded at Rs 203.63 for buying and Rs 204.44 for selling, while one Swiss franc has a buying rate of Rs 190.53 and a selling rate of Rs 191.28.

Similarly, the buying rate for one Australian dollar is Rs 107.01 and the selling rate Rs 107.44. One Canadian dollar is priced at Rs 108.57 for buying and Rs 109.00 for selling, while one Singapore dollar has been fixed at Rs 118.25 for buying and Rs 118.72 for selling.
For Asian currencies, the buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.48 and the selling rate Rs 9.52. One Chinese yuan is valued at Rs 22.46 for buying and Rs 22.55 for selling. The Saudi Arabian riyal has a buying rate of Rs 40.47 and a selling rate of Rs 40.63, while the Qatari riyal stands at Rs 41.66 for buying and Rs 41.82 for selling.
According to the central bank, one Thai baht is being exchanged at Rs 4.64 for buying and Rs 4.66 for selling. The UAE dirham has been set at Rs 41.35 and Rs 41.51 respectively. One Malaysian ringgit is valued at Rs 37.43 for buying and Rs 37.58 for selling.
The buying rate for 100 South Korean won is Rs 10.01 and the selling rate Rs 10.04. One Swedish krona is fixed at Rs 16.07 for buying and Rs 16.14 for selling, while one Danish krone stands at Rs 23.51 and Rs 23.60 respectively.
NRB has also set the buying and selling rates of the Hong Kong dollar at Rs 19.38 and Rs 19.46 respectively. The Kuwaiti dinar is valued at Rs 494.32 for buying and Rs 496.27 for selling. Likewise, the Bahraini dinar stands at Rs 402.81 and Rs 404.40, while the Omani riyal is fixed at Rs 394.47 and Rs 396.03, respectively.
The buying rate for Indian currency has been set at Rs 160 per INR 100, while the selling rate stands at Rs 160.15.
The central bank said the exchange rates may be revised at any time as required. It also noted that rates set by commercial banks may vary, and updated exchange rates are available on the official website of Nepal Rastra Bank.
